Bring your logo, colors, truck artwork, and other recognizable details into your website.

Optional photo visit

We visit your business to create 12 edited photos and brand files based on them.

Selecting this option starts a conversation. It does not charge you or reserve a date.

About the optional visit

Your website’s visual identity and gallery remain included in the website package, whether or not you choose a visit.

Photos & brand files
  • What we photograph: your food as served, menu, truck or storefront, staff, signs, and logo.
  • What you receive: 12 edited photos and brand files based on those photos.
  • How we work: with the light available at your business, without props, food styling, or a studio.
Planning & preparation

We confirm the price, travel route, and date in writing before the visit.

Have these ready:

  • Two hours of daylight.
  • Prepared food and access to the truck or storefront.
  • Everyone being photographed, present and with their permission.
Weather & return visits
  • Weather: If bad weather delays or interrupts our visit, we’ll reschedule and finish the planned photos at no extra charge.
  • Our errors: we correct them at no extra charge.
  • Missing items or people: if agreed subjects are unavailable, we quote any return visit before setting out.

Plan your photo visit

If you chose the optional visit, fill in what you know. We can confirm the rest together. These details stay off your website.

Which days work for a visit?

When can you set aside two daylight hours for photos? These may differ from your opening hours.

We will confirm the truck’s location when arranging the visit.

List roles, such as owner, cook, or service staff. Do not include staff members’ personal details.

Your priorities

Which colors, lettering, or other details do customers recognize?

What is the first question customers usually ask?

We will not invent claims, reviews or the business’s history.

Your menu

The optional photo visit can cover your menu and up to four dishes. You still confirm item names, prices, and variations. See the optional photo visit

There is no limit on menu items. Tell us which to include. Dish names stay in Spanish on both language versions.

Upload your current menu; no redesign is needed. Accepted: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or PDF. Up to 5 files, 15 MB each.

List any missing details or prices. Leave unknown prices unconfirmed rather than guessing.

Explain any sizes, choices, or other variations to show on your website.

Posting an update there does not change the hours or location written on your website. Request those website changes in writing; they are charged separately.

Customer contact

These are the contact details customers will see on your website. They are separate from your project contact above.

For example: call, send a WhatsApp message, order online, or ask about catering. Tell us which contact method or service you use. If you have not decided, say so.
