Site Care
$59 per month, plus applicable taxes.
The monthly fee begins when the site goes live. It is month to month, with no annual prepayment.
What Site Care includes
Basic SEO checks and technical upkeep are also included, with no extra fee. We review page titles, descriptions and links each month and fix technical issues on your site that could make it harder for search engines to read.
Site Care keeps your site published, secure, and monitored.
It covers publishing, the security certificate, a copy of every release, form-submission records, checks that the site and form respond, and security updates.
It also includes up to 30 minutes of domain help per incident and an annual access review.
For technical questions, our first-response target is within two business days, Monday through Friday.
Social media and other sources
Yes. We can connect your website to social media or another source you already use, after checking that it works with your site. You keep posting there, and your website displays those posts.
If no extra service fees are needed, setup is included in your website build, and routine maintenance is included in your Site Care plan. If a service charges a fee, you pay that additional cost. We explain the amount and how often it is charged, and ask for your approval first.
Changes to your website’s own pages, menu, prices, hours, photos and text are requested in writing and charged separately.
Changes to the site’s own content cost extra
Changes to the site’s own content are not included: menu, price, schedule, photo, or text changes. Request each change in writing; the prices below apply.
When we receive your cancellation, future renewals stop. You keep your domain and content, and receive your site’s files and access within seven business days of your request. If your current period is paid, Site Care continues without another monthly fee until the later of that period’s last day or two business days after file delivery. Earlier removal and unpaid periods follow the cancellation provisions in Terms.
Your .com domain is registered in your name; you pay the registrar directly, at that registrar’s current price, separately from the monthly fee. Hosting is included in the monthly fee. Other services you add, such as email on your domain, are paid directly to that provider.

The $50 minimum covers up to the first 30 minutes; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments. If a request may exceed the minimum, you receive a written estimate before work starts.

Photographs and identity drawn from your own business
If you do not have photos you can use on the website, you can request this visit. You can also continue with your own photos.
Price: $795, plus applicable taxes. An optional, one-time service priced separately from the website. It adds no monthly fee.

The person building your website visits your business for two hours. We photograph food as you serve it, with the light available there that day. Props, food styling and studio work are not included.
What you receive after the photography visit
- 12 edited photos: up to four dishes, the menu, truck or storefront, staff, signs, logo and business details. We agree on the subjects before the visit.
- The photographs guide the website’s identity and visual style. You receive four colors, two typefaces and a one-page guide in PDF and editable SVG.
- We keep your logo if you supply a usable file. If you do not have one, we set your business name in type, in SVG and transparent PNG. Drawing a new logo or reconstructing one from a photo is not included.
- You receive edited high-resolution JPG photos and website versions in JPG or WebP. You keep the photos and identity files we create and can use them beyond the website. Fonts and other third-party materials retain their own licenses.
- One consolidated correction round for the identity files, up to 15 minutes of adjustments. The website’s two revision rounds remain included in its build.
What needs to be ready when we visit
Allow two hours of daylight at one location. Have up to four dishes ready as served, the current menu, a clean and available truck or storefront, and visible signs and logo. People who want to appear must be present and give permission.
Includes up to 45 minutes of round-trip travel in Houston. We confirm the address, route, price and date in writing before scheduling. A longer trip needs an accepted quote before the visit. Only travel beyond the included allowance is charged, at the hourly rate below.
If we need to visit your business again
If bad weather delays or interrupts our visit, we’ll reschedule and finish the planned photos at no extra charge. We correct our own failure at no added charge.
If the agreed truck, food or people are missing, you can choose other available subjects. If a return is needed for that reason, we quote it before departure: $95 per hour, plus applicable taxes; a $50 minimum, plus applicable taxes, for the first 30 minutes. We then bill in 15-minute blocks. Travel counts toward that time.
How this fits into your website build
The website’s identity, image preparation and gallery already belong to the Website Built to Grow. We do not charge for them again. This service adds the visit, photographs and preparation of identity files for use beyond the website.
The photos can supply the included menu and gallery. Photographing every menu item, delivering RAW files, creating a complete brand or preparing print-ready signs is not included. You check menu names and prices; a photograph does not confirm them.

Search results take time and vary. We do not promise a position on Google or a number of calls. Larger SEO campaigns, new content and Google Business Profile management are separate services, quoted for your approval before work begins.

Can you use the logo and colors I already have?
Yes. We start with your current brand and preserve what your customers recognize. You can attach your logo, business photos, and brand files in the intake form.
If you do not have a usable brand, you choose a new look for the site. We do not invent the business’s history or reviews.
Can I start without photos I can use?
Yes. You can choose the optional visit to photograph your business and use those images as the starting point for the website’s identity. The price is $795, plus applicable taxes, separate from the website.
You can also send your own photos and choose to keep your current brand or use a new identity for the site. The website’s gallery and identity remain included. Indicating interest does not charge you or reserve a date.
