Service terms
Service name: Web con Sabor
Legal service provider: to be confirmed.
Contract contact: to be confirmed. In the meantime, use the Contact Us form.
Effective date: to be confirmed.
The service you buy
The published offer is the Website Built to Grow. Its price, scope and payments are set out below.
The $59 monthly Site Care fee, plus applicable taxes, covers the site's technical operation: publishing, the security certificate, a copy of every release, a record and export of form submissions, monitoring of the site and of form delivery, security updates and quarterly maintenance, up to 30 minutes of domain help per incident, an annual access review, and a first response to technical questions within two business days as a target. It also includes basic SEO checks and technical upkeep at no extra fee. It does not include editing your pages' content or unlimited changes; other providers' charges are paid directly to them. It is month to month, with no annual prepayment, and begins when the site goes live.
When we can connect a channel you already use to your website, you keep posting on that channel. The website displays those posts in the connected space, with no request and no charge for editing your pages. If no extra service fees are needed, setup is included in your website build and routine maintenance is included in your Site Care plan. If a paid service is required, that additional cost is yours. We explain the amount and how often it is charged, and ask for your approval first. It does not include managing the channel or posting for you. Changes to your pages' own content are requested in writing and charged at the rates below.

$1,750 to build + $59 per month, plus applicable taxes.
What's included
- 5 pages in Spanish and English.
- Unlimited menu items.
- A catering form.
- A photo gallery.
- Adaptation of about 1,500 words.
- Basic SEO setup to help customers find and understand your business.
- Analytics: measurement of how the site is used.
- Two revision rounds, with feedback gathered together for each round.
- A 30-day defect warranty.
- A 30-minute orientation.
How payment works
The build is paid in three milestones: 50% / 25% / 25%.
- Payment 1
- 50% — $875, plus applicable taxes.
- Initial project payment, after signing the scope and refund formula, before work begins.
- Payment 2
- 25% — $437.50, plus applicable taxes.
- We deliver the five-page content plan in both languages and a homepage preview. The preview shows the design direction, not a complete website. Documented delivery triggers this payment; your approval does not.
- Payment 3
- 25% — $437.50, plus applicable taxes.
- This payment is triggered when you approve the version resulting from round two and receive our completed testing checklist. All prelaunch work must be finished; only domain registration or connection awaiting your action may remain. Publication, live-site checks and your orientation remain included.
These installments are parts of the total price and include advances for unfinished work. Each invoice is due five business days after you receive it with the corresponding documents. We wait for cleared payment before starting, entering the next stage or publishing, respectively. Neither payment nor silence approves content or authorizes publication.
For cancellation before completion, we subtract the agreed value of completed, delivered tasks from your payments, adjust the tax, and refund the difference or itemize any remaining balance. You receive the task schedule and its values before signing.
Monthly fee: $59 per month, plus applicable taxes.
The monthly fee begins when the site goes live. It is month to month, with no annual prepayment.
Your domain is registered in your name, and you pay the registrar directly for registration and renewals at its current price. That cost is separate from Site Care, which includes website hosting. Other services, such as email on your domain, are paid to their providers.
Revisions and changes
The build includes two revision rounds. Feedback is gathered together for each round.
Changes to your pages after launch are charged at the rates below.
The $50 minimum covers up to the first 30 minutes of work; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments. The hourly rate applies only to work that does not match a fixed price; if a request may exceed the minimum, you receive a written estimate before work starts. Fixed prices assume you supply the final content; the exact scope of each is in Site Care. Each request is sent in writing as a single list. If the site's own published information matches what you approved and later needs changing, that is a paid change, even if you call it a correction. A defect covered by the warranty is corrected at no labour charge and does not count as a paid change.
Changes after launch
- Hourly rate
- $95 per hour, plus applicable taxes.
- Minimum charge
- $50, plus applicable taxes.
Fixed-price changes
- Information change
- $50, plus applicable taxes.
- 10-item update
- $50, plus applicable taxes.
- 6 photos
- $75, plus applicable taxes.
- 10 new items in both languages
- $95, plus applicable taxes.
- New page
- $225, plus applicable taxes.
Warranty and orientation
The service includes a 30-day defect warranty and a 30-minute orientation.
Warranty start and coverage: 30 calendar days from publication. It covers any reproducible defect where the delivered site does not work as the signed specification says. We correct it at no labour charge. It does not cover changes in external accounts or services, inaccurate information you supplied, new features, expectations of results, a device or browser outside those supported, or code modified by you or a third party.
How to report a defect: in writing, to the contract contact above, with the page and the device where you saw it.
Your domain, your content, and cancellation
Your domain and your content are yours. You keep them if you cancel the service.
What "in writing" means
"In writing" includes email, SMS or WhatsApp text to the contract's channels, identifying the business and requesting cancellation; no form or reason is required. Voice contact can start the process; we document it for your text confirmation. Within one business day we acknowledge receipt, dates and expected accounting; our reply does not activate or delay the request. Sender verification does not restart the clock. We count from the next business day, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays, with deadlines at 5 p.m. Houston time. After-hours receipt does not authorize another renewal.
Advance notice
Cancel in writing through the contract contact above; no advance-notice period is required. Receipt stops renewals and future recurring charges.
Effective date
Each payment covers the following monthly period shown on your invoice. For a paid current period, Site Care ends on the later of its last day or two business days after we deliver your files. Until then, all contracted Site Care continues without another monthly fee, including hosting, publishing, security, backups, monitoring, forms and technical help. Content changes remain separately chargeable. An earlier removal request is fulfilled within two business days; it ends Site Care, without delaying files or creating an ordinary refund.
Existing work and payments
Cancellation has no fee; choosing not to use the prepaid period does not produce a prorated refund. This does not limit refunds for incorrect charges, our nonperformance or applicable rights. We return payments for unused future periods and renewals charged after receipt of cancellation. We initiate refunds within seven business days of identifying the amount; renewal errors are reviewed when we acknowledge receipt. Separately authorized, completed work is itemized in the final account, not automatically charged under the cancelled monthly authorization. This cancellation neither accelerates build installments nor establishes the build-refund formula. We send the final account within seven business days after service ends, including applicable taxes.
Files and transfers
Within seven business days of your request, without a fee, payment condition or new-provider requirement, we deliver code and files, the latest release, DNS summary, deployment notes, form submissions, your site's access and migration instructions. Shared administrator accounts are excluded. The transfer checklist arrives within one business day of your request. We complete our transfer actions within seven calendar days of receiving required destination access; third-party completion times are outside our control. A registrar lock, which can last 60 days, can delay changing registrars, not the files or an available DNS redirection.
At termination
Our publishing, monitoring, form receipt and delivery, and technical help stop when Site Care ends. Within one business day we send a final update of files and submissions and remove operating access; pending external work uses limited authorization. Without replacement hosting, the site becomes unavailable. You keep your domain and content; debts never make them collateral. Services you buy directly from others are not cancelled by this notice. Retention and deletion follow the privacy notice, not the site's removal date.
Nonpayment
A failed payment triggers notice and retry; calendar day 7 pauses changes and technical help, day 15 brings a final warning, day 21 permits publishing suspension, and day 30 ends service. We do not add another recurring period while retrying that payment. Cancellation assistance and unconditional file delivery continue. Without a paid current period, an earlier cancellation ends Site Care on receipt, without free extension or compulsory republication. Archive and checklist deadlines run from that request or, otherwise, day-30 cancellation. Unpaid Site Care is prorated for days within that invoiced period before suspension or termination; no Site Care charge accrues during suspension. The first payment failure carries no late fee.
Reactivation
Restarting fully terminated paid Site Care costs $50, plus applicable taxes, with fresh service acceptance. Withdrawing cancellation before termination, or first activating paid Site Care for a founding site, does not incur that fee.
Details and files you send
Business details and files are gathered in a single form on the site after we agree to work together.
By sending files, you confirm that you own them or have the rights needed to use them in the project.
We do not invent claims, reviews, or business history.
Submission through this site (Privacy)Basic SEO included
We do not promise search rankings. Basic SEO is included in the build and in Site Care; broader campaigns are quoted separately.
Other terms
Acceptance
Before signing, you receive the scope, payments and complete terms in Spanish, with matching English substance. You gather each round's comments into one list. Your written second-round approval creates a presumption of satisfaction without removing the defect warranty. The contract explains what happens when your response is missing.
Delivery
The signed scope identifies the deliverables and agreed dates. When you cancel Site Care, you receive your site's files and relevant access within seven business days, even without another provider chosen. The cancellation terms state when that period starts and what external transfers require. We do not hold your domain or content as payment collateral.
Ownership and reusable code
Your domain and content remain yours. The contract identifies your rights in custom work and their transfer date. Reusable components retain their ownership, but you receive a durable licence to use, modify and host your site with another provider. Delivery does not include Web con Sabor's shared administrative accounts.
Third-party materials
Third-party fonts, images and components retain their own licences. We explain additional resource costs and request approval before inclusion.
Liability
Our total liability for damages will be limited to a fixed, non-zero amount, to be confirmed, subject to the exceptions stated in the contract. The contract also identifies excluded damages. These limits do not remove our obligations to correct covered defects or deliver your files, and do not restrict liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Warranty and limits
For 30 calendar days from publication, the warranty covers reproducible defects that contradict the signed specification; we correct them at no labour charge. We do not promise search rankings, sales or uninterrupted operation. Apart from the contract's express warranties and those that cannot lawfully be excluded, we provide no other warranties. Contracted Site Care retains its own obligations.
Governing law
Texas law governs the contract. That choice does not remove legal protections that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Courts and disagreements
To resolve a disagreement we talk first; if that does not resolve it, we go to mediation; and after that, to the courts with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas. The contract explains timing, costs, language and exceptions for urgent relief or small claims, including whether mediation will be remote.
Accessibility
The written scope identifies included accessibility checks and how to report a barrier. We correct build defects covered by the warranty. Content and third-party services may require additional review, agreed before charging. We do not present the site as certification of legal compliance or protection against every claim.
Confidentiality, security and incidents
We use information for the agreed work; the privacy notice identifies recipients, storage and retention. For the business-details form, anyone holding a download link can open that file. We do not use form submissions to train AI. If an incident affects your data or service, we notify you and cooperate under the contract and applicable law.
Dependencies and continuity
The site also depends on hosting, domain and connected-service providers. We do not control their decisions, but that does not remove your contracted Site Care tasks. The contract explains how we handle an interruption and deliver the site if we cannot continue. Continuity does not require sharing other clients' administrative accounts or change your price without agreement.
