Site Care
Site Care: $59 per month, plus applicable taxes.
See what Site Care includes, when we do it, and which changes cost extra.

What Site Care includes
The monthly fee keeps the site you approved running. It is a technical service, month to month, with no annual prepayment. It begins when the site goes live.
The monthly fee does not include changes to the site’s own menu, prices, hours, photos or text. Each change is requested in writing and charged at the prices below.
You update the channel your site shows; changes to the site’s own content are requested in writing and charged separately.
- Basic SEO, included. Basic SEO checks and technical upkeep are also included, with no extra fee. We review page titles, descriptions and links each month and fix technical issues on your site that could make it harder for search engines to read. How it helps your business
- Site published and reachable. We keep the system that publishes your site working; when needed, we republish or roll back to an earlier version. Ongoing. Moving it to another platform or rebuilding it is not included.
- Security certificate. Configuration, renewal, and monitoring of the certificate that shows the padlock in the browser. Ongoing.
- A copy of every release. Each time we publish, we keep a version that can be restored. It is not a copy of your Google Business Profile, email, or social accounts.
- A record of form submissions. We store every request that arrives through the site’s form and export it when you ask. Reading, answering, or following up on requests is not included.
- Site monitoring. Automatic checks, at least every 15 minutes, that the site and the form respond. This is failure detection, not an availability guarantee.
- Form-delivery monitoring. Automatic monitoring plus one scheduled delivery test each month. Fixing your email provider’s filters or mailboxes is not included.
- Security and maintenance. Review of security alerts; routine maintenance at least every three months; material security fixes handled reasonably promptly.
- Domain and DNS help. Up to 30 minutes per website-related incident. Email migrations, account recovery, and problems caused by changes in your accounts are quoted separately.
- Annual access review. Once a year we check who has access to the domain, publishing system, Search Console, and form.
- Answers to your technical questions. A first response within two business days as a target, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. It is not a resolution guarantee, and there is no after-hours support.
- An orderly handoff if you cancel. A written cancellation process and delivery of your files and access within seven business days. Described below.
What Site Care does not include
Changes to the site’s own menu, prices, hours, photos or text; new pages; copywriting or translation; Google Business Profile, reviews, and social media; SEO campaigns beyond the basic setup and upkeep included here; business email, point of sale, and online ordering; after-hours support; unlimited changes. Charges from other providers, such as the domain, apps, or email, are paid directly to that provider and are not hidden inside the monthly fee.
If no extra service fees are needed, connection setup is included in the website build and routine maintenance is included in Site Care. If a paid service is required, you pay that additional cost. We explain the amount and how often it is charged, and ask for your approval first. Writing posts and managing that channel are not included. Changes to your website’s own pages and content are requested in writing and charged separately.
Send service requests in writing to the Web con Sabor contact at the foot of this page. A WhatsApp message or voice note can alert us, but does not count as a change list. Before work starts, the scope and price are put in writing.

Before requesting a change
Change prices are listed above. The scope of each option is detailed here. Fixed prices assume you supply the final text, prices, photos, and links.
Information change: one request in a single list, covering up to five existing text fields or one related batch of hours, contact, or location details.
10-item update: names, descriptions, or prices on up to ten items already on the menu; no new items, photos, or categories.
6 photos: up to six photos you supply, placed in existing layouts, with cropping, compression, and alt text; no retouching.
10 new items in both languages: up to ten new items in existing categories, using the names, prices, and descriptions you supply; no new menu design or photos.
New page: one page using the site’s existing design, up to 500 source words, up to three supplied images, one call to action, and one correction pass.
Hourly billing applies when no fixed price fits. The $50 minimum covers up to the first 30 minutes; after that, time is billed in 15-minute increments. If a request may exceed the minimum, you receive a written estimate before work starts.
Request changes in writing, gathered into one list. Before work starts, you receive in writing what we will do, the price, and what we need from you. If the site’s own published information matches what you approved and later needs changing, that is a paid change, even if you call it a correction.
A 30-day defect warranty
The Website Built to Grow includes a 30-day defect warranty.
Coverage lasts 30 calendar days from launch.
What it covers: any reproducible defect where the delivered site does not work as the signed specification says. For example: an included button that points to the wrong link, a language switch that fails, an included form that does not store a valid submission, a menu item missing even though it was in the approved final content, or a page unusable on a common phone because of a build error. We correct it at no labor charge.
What is not a defect: a change you make to an external account or link; an ordering, map, social, or payment provider that changes its service; inaccurate information you supplied; a new feature that was not in the specification; an expectation of rankings, traffic, leads, or sales; a device or browser outside the supported set; or code modified by you or a third party.
How to report one: in writing, to the contact shown at the foot of the page, with the page and the device where you saw it.
A change requested after launch is different from a defect. This page explains the conditions for each.

When the service ends
The service is month to month. You can cancel in writing. Your domain stays yours. You also keep your content; we never use either as collateral for payment.
What you receive: within seven business days we deliver the archive with the site’s code and files, the latest published version, a summary of the domain configuration (DNS), deployment notes, the export of form submissions, the list of access and accounts, and reasonable migration instructions. That clock runs even if you have not yet chosen another provider. On the business day after cancellation you receive the list of what we need for the transfers.
When Site Care ends: receiving your cancellation stops future renewals. If your current period is paid, all contracted Site Care continues without another monthly fee until the later of that period’s last day or two business days after file delivery. Earlier removal and unpaid periods follow the cancellation provisions in Terms.
At the end of service: managed publishing, monitoring, form receipt and delivery, and technical help stop. Within one business day, we send a final update of files and submissions and remove our operating access. Without replacement hosting, the site becomes unavailable; another provider can republish it using the delivered files.
Notice, the effective date, and final charges are described in the cancellation terms.
